baileys cake (with recipe)

replaced butter with crisco! the cake tastes even better with the use of crisco!
it's actually an intended baileys cake...the baileys evaporated though but the cake is still good! :) (my sis told me she can actually taste baileys!)

Ingredients:
Crisco...............................120g
Water.................................15ml
Egg....................................2
Bread Flour......................85g
Plain Flour........................20g
Baking Powder................4g
Baking Soda.....................2g
Milk.....................................90ml
Baileys...............................10ml

1. Whisk crisco and water with sugar until the mixture appears fluffy
2. Add in eggs (add bit by bit to facilitate mixing)
3. Mix bread flour, plain flour, baking powder and baking soda and sift them into the crisco mixture
4. Add in milk and mix well
5. Add in baileys
6. Fill baking containers
7. Bake in 180°C for 20mins (preheat the oven beforehand)

ps. if you want to use butter instead, use 120g of butter. water will not be needed in this way! :)
